The Land of Challenge is a DLC-exclusive area in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. It becomes available after redeeming Nopon Summons through the Expansion Pass's Gift from Zuo DLC. It can first be accessed from a portal in Olethro Ruins, after starting Chapter 4. While in New Game Plus, and until Olethro Ruins can be accessed, the portal can be found in front of the Chairman's Room, in Argentum. This is where the Challenge Battle Mode can be accessed, by talking to the Nopon Archsage.

While in the area, the map menu will be entirely disabled and saving will be impossible until the area is exited.
