Xeno Series Wiki is, as hopefully evident by the name, a wiki. This means it can be edited at any time by anyone. As a result, while the goal of the project is to be accurate and complete, you may encounter information that has been recently added, changed, or removed by someone who does not know or not care that they have made it wrong or incomplete. There will always be an effort to be as correct and complete as possible, but a group of volunteers can only do so much. Therefore:
