Forward-Looking Woman is a Heart-to-Heart in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. It can be found at Gotrock Oracle Ruins in the Lower Level of the Cliffs of Morytha. Staying at Aunt Corinne's House is required to view this Heart-to-Heart. Viewing this Heart-to-Heart is required to unlock the fourth level of Kasandra's Fortune Battle Skill.
Viewing this Heart-to-Heart will force the time of day to 17:00 and the weather will be forced to Thunderstorm upon completing it.
