The Real Gramps is a Heart-to-Heart in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. It can be found in the Forgotten Waste in the Lower Level of the Gormott Province. Staying at Coedwig Inn before viewing this Heart-to-Heart may trigger additional dialogue pointing to its location.

The scene fades to black for a moment. When it fades in again, Gramps is out of Rex's helmet, flying.

If I were to be honest, Rex's helmet is a little cramped.
