Little Rex is a Heart-to-Heart in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. It can be found at the Rex's Secret Base in Fonsett Island, Leftherian Archipelago. Clearing a Fire Mastery level 5 and Wind Mastery level 3 Field Skill check is needed to reach its location. Viewing this Heart-to-Heart is required to unlock the fourth level of Catalyst's Instant Regen Battle Skill.
