Consul O is an antagonist in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. He is a member of the Consuls and is often partnered with P. He is the Consul of Colony Zeta.

Appearance and personality

In his humanoid form, O is morbidly obese and wears the standard red armor and black cape, in addition to a birdlike helmet with feathered horns like an owl. He has amber eyes. His Moebius form is identical to G's, having a bulky build with horns and flat teeth, with an additional outer layer of teeth on his mandible. When Interlinking with P, they take on the form of a two-headed amalgamation of the two, with O on the back of the body, conjoined at the torso. When O is in control, the creature assumes a quadrupedal stance. O gains longer, bull-like horns; pointed teeth; and massive, muscular arms, whose hands have thumbs on either side to accommodate their stance changes.

Despite his smug demeanor and inflated ego, O becomes somewhat of a doormat in the presence of P. He doesn’t seem to mind being bossed around, and even goes out of his way to win P’s favor in hopes of being praised. O can be clumsy and doesn’t always look before he leaps, sometimes acting out of turn when he and P perform coordinated attacks—something he attributes to him "getting carried away," showing that he can be rather excitable. When things start going wrong, he can become rather panicky. O is bumbling and a tad dimwitted, admitting that he forgot using Cammuravi was an option despite him giving Cammuravi his Ferronis himself. Despite this, he seems to have a sense of humor, at one point making a pun involving his name. He can be a bit mean-spirited when prompted by P. O has a tendency to supplement his speech with a variety of noises, most notably his signature "Hah!"
