Consul H is an antagonist in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. She is a member of the Consuls and appears during Side Story: Lanz.

Appearance and personality

As with most of the Consuls, H wears the standard red armor and black cape. She also wears a Medusa-inspired helmet with a crown of snakes. In her Moebius form, H appears as a slender humanoid creature with thorny protrusions branching from her head, bared teeth, a large ring with a diamond-shaped plate around her chest, and an infinity symbol on her belly.

H hides her true, cruel nature behind the pretense of maternal affection, like an archetypical “Mommy Dearest” character. She seems to have a fondness for children, claiming to have raised and educated the anti-City special unit herself and "lavished them with love." Yet, she cruelly has these young soldiers fight to the death, only to raise them up again and repeat the process. H hates "failed investments" and seeing things go to waste, leading her to persuade Y into allowing her to use a special kind of Flame Clock he would have otherwise discarded.
