Ultimate Weaponry is a key item in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and Torna ~ The Golden Country. One of them is obtained by completing the Affinity Chart of a Legendary or Rare Blade. Mor Ardain's traveling bard sells one in exchange for 400,000 Bonus EXP. Auresco's traveling bard sells one for the same price.
They can be used by going to the Driver's "Enhance Arts" menu, hovering over the weapon type that needs WP, and pressing "X". This will bring up a menu where one of the "weaponry" key items currently on hand can be selected, adding WP to that weapon type. Ultimate Weaponry adds 5,000WP when used.
