Tully is an NPC in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. He can be found anytime in Admar Storage Zone in Alba Cavanich, Empire of Mor Ardain. He gives the Merc Mission Antique Judgment upon reaching development level 2 for Mor Ardain.

Let me tell you about my dream.
I love board games like nothing else. Play them with the kids every night.
So one day, I'd like to buy all the products in Elgeschel Hobby Store and become the store's owner myself!
Course, even as the owner you don't get to buy their stuff for free. But it'd be something to boast about, right?!

I was saving up money to buy that place myself, you know!
Though I have to admit, this game Dealing Kingdoms is an absolute blast.
It's based on Dueling Kingdoms, but the added Nopon Trade Guild elements give it so much more depth!
And this Plumber Escape Game is fantastic too! Me and the kids play it together most every day.
I guess it's thanks to the new owner that we've got all these great new games in the lineup now.
So while it kills me to admit it, maybe I should be thanking them. Whoever they are.
