The Striker Class is one of three second-level Classes the player character in Xenoblade Chronicles X can choose after mastering the Drifter Class. With the Assault Rifle and the Longsword, this Class focuses mostly on dealing damage in melee combat and providing defensive options. As such it is recommended for beginners. When reaching Rank 10 it's possible to continue this play style as a Samurai Gunner or to switch to a defensive focused Shield Trooper. With only 1 Skill Slot, it is the Class with the fewest Skill Slots available.
