The SRM-XR5140LA HOMURA is a shoulder-mounted Skell weapon (despite using the back weapon prefix) in Xenoblade Chronicles X which is the only member of the HOMURA series of weapons. It has a 10% chance drop from the mission The Wrothian Samurai and can only be held with the right shoulder.
This weapon comes with a unique powerful Art, Astriad Flame, although it only exists at level 30 so it isn't as powerful as it could be.
