The following is a list of bugs and glitches in Xenogears: examples of unintended behaviour displayed by the game. Note that while in some cases it is obvious that behaviour was unintended, it is not obvious in others; therefore, there is a possibility that some behaviour in this list was intended, or that it mistakenly omits unintended behaviour.

Naked Emeralda glitch

Emeralda naked at the Aveh restraunt.

If Emeralda is taken to the restaurant in Aveh, she will use her nude sprite as depicted in her test tube, instead of her standard one.

Deus softlocking glitch

The game softlocks after Deus performs a certain attack if not played on the original PlayStation.

If Xenogears is not played on the original PlayStation hardware such as PlayStation 2 and/or third party emulators, and if Deus uses a certain attack, the game will softlock.
