Inescapable Past is an Ascension Quest in Xenoblade Chronicles 3. It requires at least one main party member to have attained rank 10 of the class Incursor. It can be received by heading for the quest marker where Gambert and Chickadee are talking in Colony Iota, with Alexandria in the party, after completing the quest Scant Supplies, up from chapter 5. Completing it will give Alexandria rank 20 and enable the class Incursor to go up to rank 20.
