Auto-Attack Up is a cursed Emblem offered in the Archsage's Gauntlet in Xenoblade Chronicles 3.

Overview

This Emblem boosts the damage of auto-attacks but slows the recharge of Battle Arts.

While slower Arts recharge can cause problems during long battles, this Emblem can help make team DPS more consistent, especially if the Nopwatch reaches zero. It is also indispensable for strategies revolving around auto-attack DPS, made viable thanks to this Emblem stacking multiplicatively with other damage-increasing Emblems rather than additively. Add to that the fact that it increases the effects of the Curse to Attack and Curse to Recharge Emblems, with a penalty that is easily offset by the latter, and Auto-Attack Up becomes a resource worth its Score cost in the absence of more important purchases.
