Zarathustra is Disc 2, Track 8 on the Xenosaga Original Soundtrack and Disc 1, Track 14 on the Xenosaga Episode I album.

It plays in the cutscene where Nephilim tells Shion about U-DO and that she will answer her questions if she comes to Miltia.
