XenobladeX Original Soundtrack
The XenobladeX Original Soundtrack is the official soundtrack to Xenoblade Chronicles X and the most complete release of the music of this game. It was entirely composed by Hiroyuki Sawano and released on the 20th of May, 2015 on 4 CDs only in Japan.
As is common for Sawano's music, the tracks feature rather unique names and many consist of multiple pieces of music put together in one track (noted as 'double tracks' or 'triple tracks' below). The JASRAC entry for this soundtrack includes a different set of titles, the original titles 'decoded' into more-easily-readable English or Japanese.
The soundtrack comes with a booklet that includes a track listing and lyrics for several tracks. The track listing separates out the first 11 tracks of Disc 1 with the header 0rCH-SUITE "X", likely indicating that they are meant to form a suite of 11 tracks, although this suite has not been released independently.
The front of each of the 4 CDs shows a list of the tracks on that CD, as well as a render of one of the characters: Elma for disc 1, Lin for disc 2, Gwin for disc 3, and Tatsu for disc 4.
The 3rd disc mostly contains area background music, and the 4th disc mostly contains alternate versions of other tracks. Aside from this and 0rCH-SUITE "X", however, there is little correlation with the soundtrack's organisation and the functionality/order of the music in-game.

最近はゲームをよくやるという事はなくなってしま いましたが、ファミコン時代からゲームをやっていた 自分にとって、いつかゲーム音楽を担当してみたい という思いはありました。 今回「ゼノブレイドクロス」の音楽を担当させて頂け た事は、僕の音楽人生においてとても貴重な機会と なりました。オファーを頂いた当初は「イベントシーン の音楽だけでも」という話だったのですが、楽曲制 作に取り掛かるうち、「自分にとって初のゲーム音楽 なのだから、責任を持って全曲自分が担当したい」 という思いが強くなりました。2012年から2013年頭ま での間で必要な制作期間を確保し、自分の出来る 限りのエネルギーをぶつけてきた音楽がこのサウン ドトラックに収録されている楽曲です。 とはいえ、それはあくまで僕の個人的な思いですの で、聴いていただく方にはゲームの世界観とリンクさ せたり、自由に楽しんでいただければ幸いです。 僕自身とても思い入れのある作品となったのは間違 い無いのですが、このサントラが発売される頃、僕は 無事「ゼノブレイドクロス」をクリアする事が出来て いるのかだけが不安です(笑)。
