The text of Xeno Series Wiki is copyrighted (automatically, under the Berne Convention) by editors and contributors and is formally licensed to the public under the following license(s).

Xeno Series Wiki's text and some of its images are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike License 4.0 International (CC BY-SA) (basic code) (legal code). In short:

as long as you

• link to the applicable license
• specify whether or not changes were made
• use the same license (or a marked-compatible one)
• do not add any additional restrictions on others doing the same

then you may

Copyrighted materials

Many wikis assert that their usage of copyrighted material, such as images of a game under their coverage, are fair use under copyright law. However, Xeno Series Wiki is owned and hosted in Canada, and thus it is perhaps more correct to say that it instead falls under fair dealing in Canadian copyright law. Therefore, Xeno Series Wiki asserts that its usage of copyrighted elements constitutes fair dealing: We do host images, icons, screenshots, and similar from the games as part of our operation, as there is generally no alternative available and we wish to be accurate in our reporting of the facts.
