U-TIC Organization is Disc 1, Track 21 on the Xenosaga Original Soundtrack and Disc 1, Track 4 on the Xenosaga Episode I album. ('U-TIC Organization' is an unofficial translation, as seen in the VGMdb listing of the album.) It shares a melody line and several accompaniment lines with Margulis.
It plays in the following cutscenes:
- Margulis learns that Ziggy's goal was to free MOMO.
- KOS-MOS' prototype awakens and goes haywire during an attempted takeover of the facility by Cherenkov (flashback).
- U-TIC soldiers confront Jr. in his A.G.W.S. as he explores the remains of the Woglinde.
- The Simeon joins the fray between the Gnosis and the Galactic Federation fleet above the Kukai Foundation.
- The Federation fleet's commander gives the order to aim at the Kukai Foundation.
