It is received automatically after finding Tome of Morytha #3 by salvaging at Umon's Shipyard on the Upper Level - Left of the Gormott Province, provided Tevissa was talked to at Goldmouth Flight Deck in Goldmouth, Argentum Trade Guild. The mission requires 20 minutes to be completed, down to 5 minutes by dispatching Blades with enough levels of the suggested Field Skills. Completing this mission unlocks the fourth level of Adenine's Extra-Ancient Wisdom Field Skill.
