Archelon

Titan weapons are a type of Titans in Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and Torna ~ The Golden Country which have been modified to be used as weapons. These weapons are used by their respective nations on the battlefield during times of war, boasting great firepower.

Appearance and properties[edit]

A Titan weapon's appearance and use depends heavily on the Titan at its core. Some weapons are bulkier, walk on the ground, and are equipped with heavy weaponry, while others are nimbler, fly, and are equipped with lighter weaponry.

Aeshma[edit]

Main article: Aeshma

Aeshma are originally Judician Titan weapons excavated by the Empire of Mor Ardain in Temperantia, later modified by the Ardainians. It is a six-legged Titans with a large horn on top of its head, two more, smaller, horns, both at each sides of its head, and a large abdomen at its back. Most of its back is covered in steel layers, protecting it from attacks while allowing it to counterattack by firing beams of light from its abdomen. These Titans boast incredible firepower, as seen by one of them decimating half of Uraya's troops while under Jin's command. This however comes with the drawback of being an extremely instable weapons, as the gas that runs through the Titan is extremely volatile and can explode if mishandled, reducing everything within its radius to ashes.

Archelon[edit]

Archelon are Ardainian Titan weapons. Archelon is a bulky four-legged Titan with a small head that is entirely covered in armor and small tail. It is equipped with two large cannons, both of which are on its sides. Its back is also heavily armored, with room for a pilot, and armed with a gatling gun like weapon. Due to its bulky size, the Titan is able to not only attack by firing off its cannons but also by stomping on its foes.

Ballistaurs[edit]

Main article: Ballistaur

Ballistaurs are Titan weapons of unknown origin. It is a bipedal crocodile-like Titan with armor covering the entirety of its head, armed with machine guns on its back.

Cetus[edit]

Cetus are Ardainian Titan weapons. Cetus is a small flying Titan that resembles the Titan Battleship's Titan, at a much smaller scale. It is armed with a cannon under its head, its main mean of attack, and has armor all over its back, with room for a pilot. From there, the pilot is able to attack by lowering a window that protects them and throw grenades.

Coeian Titan weapon[edit]

Coeian Titan weapons are only shown during Jin's retelling of Coeia's destruction at the beginning of Torna ~ The Golden Country. It is shown as a four-legged feline-like Titan armed with a singular big cannon on its back.

Indoline Sentinel[edit]

Indoline Sentinels are Indoline Titan weapons. The Indoline Sentinel is a big, bigger than Archelon, four-legged Titan. It is heavily armored, going from its head all the way to its tail, with additional pieces protecting its sides and front. It is armed with ten small cannons, five on each sides, which can be rotated to change the firing angle, and is piloted by an Indoline warrior monk standing atop its head.

Indoline Star[edit]

Indoline Stars are Indoline Titan weapons. The Indoline Star is a dragon-like that resemble the Indoline Titan, sharing the Titan's blue and purple hues on its wings, with the Indoline Star having back legs being the major difference between the two. While it lacks conventional weapons like cannons, the Indoline Star is able to fire fireballs from its mouth and attack with its hind legs' claws. It is also able to transport an Indoline Sentinel with these same legs.
