Those Who Stand Against Our Path is Disc 2, Track 14 on the Xenoblade2 Original Soundtrack and Disc 7, Track 14 on the Xenoblade Chronicles Original Soundtrack Trinity Box. Its name is a reference to An Obstacle in Our Path - the Japanese name of this track is the plural version of that of An Obstacle in Our Path.

It plays during battles with Unique monsters in Gormott, Uraya and the Land of Challenge in Xenoblade Chronicles 2, and Torna in Xenoblade Chronicles 2: Torna ~ The Golden Country. It also plays during the following scripted battles:

The version of the song on the soundtracks is different from the in-game version. It has different balancing (most noticeably using a more prominent synth), and an entirely different melody at 2:10. According to the album notes, this version was created specifically for the OST release.

ACEのバトル曲の中では一番初めに作った曲になります。ギターは望月清文さん、ベースは持田裕輔くん、ドラムは山内 "masshoi" 優くん。この3ピースにブラスのイメージで当初考えていたと思います。ちょっと変わったセクションも入れつつ、ノリノリ~な感じになるとカッコいいかなと思いました。ちなみにこの曲はこのサントラ用にミックスし直しておりますので、ゲーム中のものとは少し違っています~。
