The Two Queens of Aionios is Disc 8, Track 7 on the Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Original Soundtrack and Disc 19, Track 7 on the Xenoblade Chronicles Original Soundtrack Trinity Box.
Its melody uses motifs from Ouroboros Awakening: Ouroboros 1 at 0:24, and Ouroboros 2 at 2:00. It also uses Off-Seer - Noah's B section at 2:36. The ostinato at 2:36 is adapted from that at the start of Ouroboros Awakening.

- Monica deploys the Gilgamesh in Chapter 7.
- Melia and Nia bring their castles-turned-mechs to the fight against Origin in Chapter 7.

- Matthew gives the group a pep talk right before they leave Colony 9 for Prison Island in Chapter 4.
