The Black Market is a Merc Mission in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. It is received automatically upon reaching development level 3 for Tantal and Merc level 3 for the Merc Group, provided Chapter 7 was started. The mission requires an hour and 20 minutes to be completed, down to 20 minutes by dispatching Blades with enough levels of the suggested Field Skills.
