Original text

I pictured a scene with huge divine beasts that overwhelm with their godliness. But, it was used in Pyra’s Awakening scene. Because I matched the music with the cutscene I was able to compose a piece which had the imagery of a, "great power welling up inside” along with an idea of, “making first contact with an unknown energy that is released for the first time”. Since it was my first time handling a full orchestra I can definitely say that this piece is an “awakening” of sorts, since I opened up about my own song writing thoughts regarding live orchestra.
