Surveillance is a Merc Mission in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. It is received automatically after unlocking Azami's second Key Affinity reward, provided Nia, Tora and Mòrag are in the party. The mission has no specified execution time, since its time is shown as "??:??:??". Instead, the player is required to go talk to Genedd at Fonsa Myma Port in Fonsa Myma, Kingdom of Uraya to complete the Merc Mission and begin Azami's Blade Quest, All's Fair. Dispatching Blades with the suggested Field Skills has no effect on this particular mission.
