Stream Edge (ストリームエッジ, Stream Edge) is one of Shulk's physical Battle Arts in Xenoblade Chronicles. It involves him swinging his sword forward, damaging all enemies in front. It inflicts Break and raises Shulk's talent gauge for each enemy hit.

Overview

Stream Edge is Shulk's only way to inflict Break once he gets the Monado until he later earns Air Slash. This is fairly unfortunate, as Stream Edge's cooldown is much longer than Turn Strike takes to fill, but the new art has its own advantages. It has a wide range, hitting at twice the distance of most of Shulk's arts, and gives a decent boost in talent gauge per enemy hit with decent damage. However, if Shulk uses this move in a crowd his aggro will spike considerably.
