The Soylent System is an area in Xenogears. The boss fight is one of the few instances where Fei can be taken out of the party manually.
Story[edit]
Solaris reactivates the Soylent System facilities on the surface after parts of the populace start mutating due to the removal of the limiters. People are promised that they will be freed from their agony by coming to the facilities, but in actuality are utilized for further experimentation. The party destroys the Soylent System facilities and at one of them must fight the Sufal Mass and Sufals, which are created from the individuals brought there. It is here where Elly first starts showing signs of being like Sophia.
