Kaori Tanaka, known more commonly by her pen name, Soraya Saga, is a Japanese freelance writer, designer, and artist. She served as a lead writer for Xenogears and Xenosaga Episode I, and an assistant author for Xenosaga Episode II and Xenosaga: Pied Piper. She also served as a guest character designer for Xenoblade Chronicles 2 as the designer of Gorg. She is married to Tetsuya Takahashi. In December of 2025, Saga's Blogspot page clarified her retirement from video game writing due to family circumstances.[1]
