Smuggler Arrest is a Merc Mission in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. It is received automatically upon reaching development level 5 for Mor Ardain and Merc level 5 for the Merc Group, after starting Chapter 5. The mission requires two hours to be completed, down to 30 minutes by dispatching Blades with enough levels of the suggested Field Skills.
