Scientific Development is a Merc Mission in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. It is received from Millod in Hardhaigh Dock, Lv. 2 in Hardhaigh Palace, Empire of Mor Ardain, upon reaching development level 4 for Mor Ardain. The mission requires an hour and 40 minutes to be completed, down to 25 minutes by dispatching Blades with enough levels of the suggested Field Skills.
