Salvaging Mastery is a Field Skill in Xenoblade Chronicles 2.

Overview[edit]

When Rex goes Salvaging, this field skill has a chance to activate for each Blade equipped with the party with this skill.

Salvaging Mastery increases the appearance rate of treasure and collectibles by 5% per level. It also reduces the appearance rate of enemies by 2% per level. This value is uncapped; the player is limited only by the number of Blades with Salvaging Mastery which can be equipped at once. A maximum of 36 levels is possible (3 Blades with level 3 Salvaging Mastery on each of four Drivers), but 20 levels is sufficient to always guarantee three treasure troves and the maximum number of collectibles.

Activation Chance per level
Level Chance to activate
1 60%
2 80%
3 100%
