Rosemary is an NPC in Xenoblade Chronicles. She can be found between Gem Man's Stall and the bridge to the Central Plaza in Colony 9. She can also be invited to Colony 6, by reconstructing Housing up to level 4 then talking to her with Shulk as the party leader, where she can be found on the balcony on the first building right of the Main Entrance.
