Poppi (ハナ) is a character in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. She is an Artificial Blade constructed by Tora due to him being unable to become an actual Driver. He made three versions of her:
- Poppi α
- Poppi QT (Quixotic Tutelar)
- Poppi QTπ (Quantum Technochampion π) (optional)
Poppibuster is not considered a version of Poppi and can only be used by Drivers other than Tora.
Appearance and personality[edit]
In all forms, Poppi has purple hair, orange eyes and an orange core on her chest. As Poppi α, she is a girl that wears a red cloak, black poofy pants with red trims and a flower on Poppi's chest. As Poppi QT, Poppi is a teenager that wears a maid outfit with a nursing band, mechanical legs that resembles stockings and black feet that resemble shoes, her hair resembles pigtails. Poppi QTπ, Poppi is a young woman with purple flowing hair that wears a black leotard with a scarf that adorns a crested shield in-between laurels, black sleeps and stocking with straps with red trims and black boots with red trims.
Similar to her creator Tora, Poppi speaks in a similar monotone as Nopon such as referring to Tora as her "masterpon" and refers to herself in first person. Despite being an artificial lifeform, Poppi displays child-like emotions and innocence.

Xenoblade Chronicles 3[edit]
Poppi makes a brief appearance after the defeat of Z. She is seen at the Cloudkeep after being freed, running up to Nia. They later view a photograph of an older Rex, Pyra, Mythra, and Nia herself with their children, as well as their friends as Aionios splits back into the worlds of Bionis and Alrest.

Poppi QT can first be found on the Indoline Titan Ship at the very beginning of Chapter 5. She can later be found at Messet Point, during the party's stay in Fonsett Village.

Poppi appears in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate as a Spirit. She also appears on the Cloud Sea of Alrest stage in the background alongside her Driver, Tora.
