Parisax are an enemy species in Xenoblade Chronicles 2, and Torna ~ The Golden Country. They are presumed parasites that inhabit the insides of Titans. They appear to have three life stages: a larval stage with a round body, a juvenile stage with two legs and two wing-like features, and an adult stage with six legs and a long abdomen that has a secondary mouth on the end.

Parisax can be found in Uraya, Leftheria, Spirit Crucible Elpys, the Land of Morytha, and the Kingdom of Torna. They can also appear from Eggs.
