Panic

Panic is Disc 2, Track 10 on the Xenosaga Original Soundtrack and Disc 2, Track 21 on the Xenosaga Episode I album.

It plays in the following cutscenes:

Shion, Allen and Virgil arrive in the Zohar Emulator's room on the Woglinde during the Gnosis attack.
A stray Gnosis lands on the Elsa and attacks Cherenkov.
Ziggy and MOMO, along with the DOMO Carrier, make their way into the Elsa's open Catapult Deck.
The Durandal attempts to cut a path clear for the Elsa while it is pursued by Gnosis.
KOS-MOS instructs the others to leave Proto Merkabah as she breaks it apart to burn up in the atmosphere of Second Miltia.
