The melody at the start of the track is based upon a motif featuring in maiden of the apocalypse, battle vs. Yuriev, and the medley section of maybe tomorrow~ending medley.
From 2:03, the track is a remix of Sakura (theme-piano ver.) from the Xenosaga II: Jenseits von Gut und Böse ~Movie Scene Soundtrack~, and as such its melody is based upon that of the Xenosaga II opening theme (and, by extension, of Sweet Song (Xenosaga II ending theme)).

It plays when the Elsa flies towards the single U.M.N. column remaining as it escapes Michtam.
