In Tetris 99, if the player uses the Xenoblade Chronicles 3 themed skin, Origin Battle plays as the background music in-game when there are between 50 and 11 players remaining.

元は 「Tactical Action」のバリエーションの一つで作戦行動中に 「強敵」 と出会った時のインタラクティブ要 素として作った曲です。 ですが発売後にプレイしていたら、そちらでは使われておらず 「お蔵入りかぁ......」 と思っ ていたら······ まさかのラストダンジョンバトル曲でびっくり! 左右に飛び交うアーミング歪ギターとリフ、そし てオーケストラとそこに絡みつくリードギターは平松王道アレンジです。 なおこの曲の敵との遭遇前を想定した バージョンはDisc1 M03 「Tactical Action (Dynamic)」に統合されています。
