This is a list of minor and implied characters that either do not physically appear in Xenoblade Chronicles 3 and Future Redeemed or appear only very briefly. They have otherwise been mentioned at some point during the games or within media related to the games.
Barry Crow Li[edit]
Barry Crow Li is the political correspondent with 11 News whose voice is heard from the audio of a nearby radio during the final chapter of Future Redeemed inside of Origin's memory stage. He joins the presenter Sienna Morgan in a news cast of the current events.
Bobobi's mamapon[edit]
Bobobi's mamapon is a high-powered merchant who eventually got sick of Bobobi's lazy lifestyle and threw him out to make his way in the world. She has the respect and fear of Jilljill, with whom she traded in the past.
Colony Iota's previous Commander[edit]
Colony Iota's former Commander was assassinated via poisoning by Alexandria (taught by Consul E) with the assistance of Rhyza, Chelle, Fili and Sequoia to make it look like he fell in battle. According to Alexandria, he was rash, similar to Lanz.
Dimitri Yuriev[edit]

Dimitri Yuriev is a councilperson of the Minos Authority who issued a statement on the Saviorite Human Rights Protection bill.
Matthew and Na'el's parents[edit]
Matthew and Na'el's parents died while fighting Moebius 15 years before the events of Future Redeemed.
Monica's Husband[edit]
Mythra's child[edit]
At the end of the game, a photograph is seen that shows Pyra, Mythra, and Nia all have children. While Pyra's is confirmed to be Glimmer, and Nia's is all but confirmed to be Mio, Mythra's child is never seen anywhere else.
Oosoo[edit]
Oosoo is Ino's creator and "Grandmasterpon". All that's known about him is that Ino calls him a "giga-renowned craftsgenius".
Oosoo's name is similar to Soosoo, another Artificial Blade maker.
Oren[edit]
Oren is a citizen of the Old City. He appears in an early scene in Chapter 4 after Matthew and Na'el fight the Diastone Feris; he is part of their party filling Ether Cylinders immediately before Alpha and N clash in the city.
Seguy[edit]
Seguy is the Agnian commander who fell in battle during a battle between Keves and Agnus overseen by Consuls V and R from the Amphitheater while playing chess.
Sienna Morgan[edit]
Sienna Morgan is a presenter with 11 News whose voice is heard from the audio of a nearby radio during the final chapter of Future Redeemed inside of Origin's memory stage. In her news cast she is joined by 11 News' political correspondent Barry Crow Li.
Seventh Founder[edit]
The seventh Founder is mentioned only on the first Ouroboros Stone cage at Memorial Hall in the City. Their relationship with the other Founders are unknown. Unlike the other Founders, they don't have a Noble House.
Future Redeemed has some implication that it is Riku.
Titania[edit]
Titania is Shania's late sister and a member of House Reid. The pocket pistol used by Shania belonged to her.
