Off-Seer is Disc 1, Track 1 on the Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Original Soundtrack and Disc 12, Track 1 on the Xenoblade Chronicles Original Soundtrack Trinity Box.
It is (mostly) a piano version of Off-Seer - Noah. The melody at 2:48 also appears in Blade - Those Who Know Fear, A Life Overflowing and Feelings Risen to the Sky.
It plays on the game's title screen. It also plays in the following cutscenes:
- The six main characters each independently agree to team up and head for Swordmarch in Chapter 1.
- Lanz and Mio have a heart-to-heart about seeing their old friends again over a cup of soup in Chapter 5.

ケヴェスの「おくりびと」 であるノアの旋律を使ってピアノアレンジした曲です。 本来 「おくりびと」 の旋律は戦場 で命を落とした兵士を弔う為のものですが、このピアノ曲はノア達の宿命を俯瞰的に捉え、これから起こるであ ろう絶望や悲しみ、未来への不安をイメージしてアレンジをしました。 イントロで聞こえる高音部の2音のアルペ ジオは魂の粒子を表現しており、エンディング部分では1オクターブ上がり1度のみしか出てきません。これは仕 組まれた 「世界の静止」 を一つの「想い」で止められるかもしれない、という希望が込められています。
