Mikhail is a Rare Blade in Xenoblade Chronicles 2. He joins the party in New Game Plus by speaking to him in Megaflote Base, in the Land of Morytha, after viewing the cutscene Surgical Strike. He is automatically engaged to whichever Driver is in the lead when speaking to him (unless it is Tora, in which case nothing happens). If he is released, he will return to the same place he joined the party, in Megaflote Base, and can rejoin by talking to him again.
