- Nia tells the party about the bifurcation and reintersection of the universe(s) at the start of Chapter 7.
- Melia speaks with the party following her release from the Eternal Prison in Chapter 7.
The track also plays in the first section of the game's credits.
In Future Redeemed, it plays when Riku tells Matthew that his masterpon is Melia in an optional cutscene in Riku's Workshop.

高橋監督から「「1」のモチーフを使うと良いかも」とコメントを頂き、 「エルト海」をモチーフに選び制作しまし た。エルト海を延々と泳いでマップを埋めた日々が思い出されます…。 「1」 の時はコーラスは全て自分で歌っ ておりましたので、この曲はその雰囲気を残したいと思い自分で歌いました。 この曲はACEさんと一緒に録音を させて頂きました。 録音が終わったその足で十万石まんじゅうを買いに行ったのを覚えています。
