Margulis is Disc 1, Track 14 on the Xenosaga Original Soundtrack and Disc 2, Track 12 on the Xenosaga Episode I album. It shares a melody line and several accompaniment lines with U-TIC Organization, and the melody at the start is similar to that at the start of Proto Merkabah.
It plays in the following cutscenes:
- Margulis appears to confront Ziggy and MOMO on Pleroma.
- The Federation Fleet surrounds the Kukai Foundation.
- The party learns of why the Kukai Foundation is being detained.
- Albedo enters Simeon after taking the Y-Data from MOMO.

いかにも悪党って感じのキャラですが、 マーグリスの台 詞はなかなか鋭いところをついているんですよね。 実は 脚本家が (つまり高橋監督ですが) 彼の言葉を借りて現代 社会に強いメッセージを訴えているのではないかという 気がしているんですけど、そう思うのは僕だけ?(笑)
