Original text

There are three tracks with the theme of farewell. I made this one to be a fairly light piece, less dramatic than the others, using the piano as a lead to symbolize a quieter sadness. About 30 seconds in, I sneakily(?) included the hook from Counterattack. Since this piece is almost entirely solo piano, I had Febian Reza Pane perform it! Even in a sad piece, his sound is captivating.

Trivia[edit]

When the English localisations were first revealed for the XC2 soundtrack, this track was titled 'Lonliness'; the typo was corrected before the release of the Xenoblade2 Original Soundtrack.
