Lila can be found at the Central Control Room in the Old Factory in the Empire of Mor Ardain, after she is defeated and until the party reaches Artificial Blade Adjustment. After Chapter 5 begins, she moves to Tora's House in Torigoth, Gormott Province, though she cannot be talked to until Chapter 6 begins.
