Story[edit]
History[edit]
Episode I[edit]
During the Dive into KOS-MOS's Encephalon, Jr., Ziggy, and MOMO came out from the sewers in front of Labyrinthos where they witness Joachim Mizrahi quoting Revelation 20:13-15 before falling to his death.
Episode II[edit]
Upon making their way to Old Miltia, the party arrives at Labyrinthos and travels through it, eventually finding the main terminal. There they are able to examine the data in Canaan and discover Ormus' role in the Miltian Conflict. Heading further in, they are confronted by Margulis and must fight him after he and Jin duel. After his defeat, Margulis retreats with Hermann in his A.M.W.S., Scutum. In the depths of the facility, the party finds the Zohar, along with Proto Ω and the system using Cecily and Cathe to control the Zohar. Patriarch Sergius activates the system, but KOS-MOS fires at it and destroys it, killing Cecily and Cathe. Sergius departs with Proto Ω and the Zohar, having enough energy to destroy the entire planet (Labyrinthos included) as the Ω System is awakened.
Episode III[edit]
When the party finds themselves in what seems to be Old Miltia of the past, Shion, with help from Allen, takes it upon herself to investigate her father's involvement with U-TIC by infiltrating Labyrinthos disguised as a staff member. Later, the party forces their way into Labyrinthos, believing that stealing Vessels of Anima stored there will help them return back to their own time. While inside, MOMO is able to speak with Joachim Mizrahi, who doesn't recognize who she is. Eventually the party makes its way to the basement where it is able to spy on a conversation between Margulis, Sellers, and Kevin Winnicot. From there the party is able to restore their Vessels of Anima, with the exception of Asher, taking them for each of their E.S.s. The Professor's activity on the U-TIC systems alerts U-TIC to their presence and the party retreats. However, as they escape, Shion hears about her mother and ejects from Dinah to head back inside. The party, overwhelmed by Ω Universitas and other U-TIC forces, is forced to leave her behind. Kevin reveals himself to Shion, but she is soon captured by U-TIC soldiers and brought before Margulis, young Kevin and her father Suou Uzuki. The party returns to Labyrinthos in order to rescue her while the Federation's third descent on Miltia occurs. Suou lets Shion go, asking her to save young Shion. The rest of the party meanwhile is confronted by Pellegri and defeats her, enabling their escape.

Labyrinthos
The tower that serves as the U-TIC Organization's central headquarters.
The name of the tower that serves as the U-TIC Organization's central
headquarters. The term is also generally used to refer to all of the
headquarters' buildings.
The Acute Neurosis Treatment Facility (the former C.S.R.C.) and the Song of
Nephilim were a part of its facilities. Top secret research, including that on
the Original Zohar and the Vessels of Anima, was conducted in an underground
experimental facility.
During the Miltian Conflict, the tower was invaded by the Federation URTV
special forces. However, the Song of Nephilim was allowed to launch, escaping
the planet with a one-third of the Organization's staff.
The tower is also the place where Joachim Mizrahi fell to his death.
Afterwards, Labyrinthos was set to be taken over by the Federation military,
but they were unable to stop the space-time anomaly that Joachim had set off.
Most of the tower's research material, including the Original Zohar, was sealed
off along with Miltia.
Rumor has it that a Salvator unit in command of the URTVs took some research material from Miltia just before it was sealed off. However, the confusion caused by the space-time anomaly and the Gnosis phenomenon has left us with no accurate records, so it is unknown whether there is any truth to this rumor.

封印の直前に、U.R.T.V.の指揮を執っていたザルヴァートル派の部隊が研究資料の一部をミルチアから持ち出したとの噂もあるが、局所事象変移とグノーシス現象の混乱から、正確な記録が残されておらず、真偽のほどは定かではない。
