Kokoro / Joanne Hogg Theme from "Xenosaga Episode I" is an album featuring music from Xenosaga Episode I, released on the 6th of February, 2002. All tracks were composed by Yasunori Mitsuda.

It consists of 5 tracks, 3 of which played in Xenosaga Episode I and two variations on these tracks. The track titled 'Kokoro Piano Version' is in fact Shion ~Emotion~ (official title: 'Shion ～想い～') from the Xenosaga Original Soundtrack.
