KOS-MOS is Disc 2, Track 9 on the Xenosaga Original Soundtrack and Disc 1, Track 12 on the Xenosaga Episode I album. It is a remix of Kokoro o Tozashita Shôjo. The melody at the start is similar to that of Omoide and its derivatives.
It does not play in-game in Xenosaga Episode I.
