Invading the Enemy Ship, alternately translated as Invasion Inside an Enemy Ship, is Disc 1, Track 20 on the Xenosaga Original Soundtrack and Disc 2, Track 18 on the Xenosaga Episode I album. (Both the above translations are unofficial; the former is as seen in the VGMdb listing of the album.)
It plays when Mary gives the order to invade the U-TIC Battleship.
