Inner Space

Inner Space is Disc 2, Track 13 on the Xenosaga Original Soundtrack and Disc 2, Track 23 on the Xenosaga Episode I album. It shares its melody with The Beach of Nothingness, and the melody at the start of Omega is similar to the melody of this piece.

It plays as the area music in Proto Merkabah. It also plays in the following cutscenes:

Cherenkov's (future) wife urges the court to not put him to death, and later flouts him for wanting a child (flashback).
MOMO sees a vision of Dr. Joachim Mizrahi as given to her by Kirschwasser no. 0097.
Albedo first sees the Y-Data after extracting it from MOMO's subconscious.
