- Colony 4's Ferronis attacks the party for the first time in Chapter 2.
- K transforms into his Moebius form in Chapter 2.
- Annon Rhinon attack Colony Tau during Natural Selection. (The music continues as the battle theme.)
- Ethel and Cammuravi confront the party in Chapter 4.
- Eunie and Taion destroy the Annihilator in Chapter 4.
- The Queen of Keves's mask falls off in Chapter 4.
- Shania taunts Ghondor outside Li Garte Prison Camp in Chapter 5.
- The party brawls under M's influence in Chapter 5.

- The party considers Origin's Ferronis-like form after breaking in in Chapter 7.

- A modified Armadillo controlled by Consul Q attacks the party at the Old Kana Battlefield and chases them up to the edge of a cliff during Inescapable Past.
